Social Wealth Activation
Connection, trust and belonging do not always happen automatically when we lead across screens, time zones and life transitions. Social Wealth Activation is a twelve-week guided or self-directed programme to help individual leaders and teams design a social ecosystem that supports their capacity, while moving along the Social Wealth Continuum: Loneliness → Social Well-being → Social Wealth.
Request a strategy callFor distributed and relocated leaders
I help leaders navigating relocation or remote work to intentionally design their social ecosystem with rituals that nourish and support them, so they can feel more socially wealthy and relationally resourced in this new chapter.
Begin with the twelve-week programme, or start with Social Wealth Activation: Accelerator if you are ready to move now.
Who it’s for
We built this for individual leaders, for people navigating a move or a shift to remote work, and for small teams who want to grow the holistic Social Health and Social Wealth of their people.
You can begin on your own, and your employer does not need to be involved for you to start. If you would like your training funded, we have templates to help you get budget signed off. For small teams, the same language creates a shared way to notice social needs, invest in relationships and design better connection practices together.

We offer twelve weeks of live facilitated sessions and applied practice. The Accelerator is available as an alternative format.

It is a single intensive day, in person or online, as an alternative to the twelve-week programme.
See the AcceleratorImagine if
When your social ecosystem is activated and aligned, Social Health strengthens across life and work.
The activation gap
We describe the activation gap as the space between the social capital available to us and the Social Wealth we actually experience.
Social Capital is the potential held in our relationships. Social Wealth is the lived experience of feeling supported, connected and socially resourced.

The Communiverse™ map
We use the map to notice the individuals, groups, places, spaces, channels and rituals that shape your social ecosystem. Seeing the whole picture can make it easier to notice where connection is strong and where a small act of activation could help.
